We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our established company here in South Manchester. We are looking to recruit a professional and personable receptionist to join our busy and vibrant sales team. The JP & Brimelow Estate Agents office, located on Barlow Moor Road in Chorlton, is the main hub of our multi-award-winning business across South Manchester, and you will be representing the company as front of house. Your New Role

• Managing the reception desk as the first point of contact for the company
• Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
• Greeting staff members, clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answering incoming telephone calls, assisting where possible and directing enquiries to the relevant team members
• Booking property viewings and valuation appointments daily
• Handling post, deliveries and general office administration
• Helping to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients and colleagues

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence communicating with clients and senior members of the team
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• A positive and professional attitude
