Excited to announce that Harriet’s Thursday evening gentle yoga classes at Chorlton Health Hub are here to stay! These classes are carefully designed to allow you to unwind, reconnect and reset as we approach the end of each week. As the evenings get darker and our weeks seem to get busier, these sessions are the perfect way to slow down. Monthly block bookings are now open for December and January December: 3 classes for £25 (4th, 11th & 18th Dec). January: 4 classes for £36 (8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th Jan). Thursday evenings 18:00 – 19:00pm Chorlton Health Hub Depending on availability drop-in classes will be available each week for £10. Please note spaces are limited to keep class sizes small and as spacious as possible!
